Christmas at the Maplegrove Inn near the town of Riverside-Albert in New Brunswick Canada is magical in a rural country inn kind of way.

The Maplegrove Inn is actually an old country farmhouse built in 1854.
The cheery yellow house stands out magnificently in the winter snow, but it also has a charming blue barn companion on the property as well.
Being located on the East Coast of Canada near the Bay of Fundy, the Maplegrove Inn gets an abundance of the winter white stuff.
The yellow dwelling is complimented by bright red doors.

This beautiful manor features 8 bedrooms (5 of which are en-suite guest rooms), 8 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and a dining room.
The original woodwork in the Inn has been preserved as well as the wood floors and 10-foot ceilings.
The little alcove bench is so quaint!
The Christmas lights in this old place make for a warm and cozy atmosphere.
You can almost smell the shortbread cookies baking in the oven!
