If you like the history of the wild west, this place might catch your eye.
It’s not cheap at $685,000, but this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home could have many uses and it has a lot of history.

The Dolan House is currently being used as a B&B, gift shop, and small restaurant.

Built in 1888 by notorious local J.J. Dolan, this Territorial style home does have a feeling of being frozen in time.

Below is the dining room and there is also a commercial kitchen (not pictured).

There are thick walls and wood floors throughout most of the house.

Although Jimmy (J.J.) Dolan might not be a household name, he seems to have a bad reputation around these parts. The listing description calls him: “one of the worst men in Lincoln“. Not sure what he did to deserve that title, but he left a nice legacy in building this house.

This place has a great old New Mexico feel to it, and it wouldn’t take much to convert it back to a single-family residence.

The property comes with some outbuildings as well.

Looks like the current owners have had fun with this place.

What a great piece of southwestern history!
