It’s always such a thrill to come across an original Sears kit home!
This beauty, located in Malvern, Pennsylvania, is The Puritan model from 1921.
The owner, Nancy, has the framed original Sears catalog listing for the house, and she has graciously shared these photos of her home with us.
Nancy and her family have loved and lived in this home for 30 years.
Come on in!
The home features much of the original, unpainted woodwork and flooring.
Nancy has the interior dressed in a wonderful combination of cozy cottage and period décor.
It is absolutely charming!
Here’s a look at the Sears catalog’s images of “The Puritan Interiors”:
The kitchen has had some remodeling over the years but it is sweet as pie!
Love the farmhouse sink!
Let’s go upstairs for a peek in the bedrooms…
Completely adorable!
Filtered sun through the bathroom window…
The entire house is so warm and pleasant!
Thank you so much to Nancy for inviting us into your lovely Sears kit home.
