House Crazy Sarah loves houses that give you whiplash… you know, the ones where you do a double take and go “Whoa – look at that place!”

Like this piece of incredibly sweet eye candy.

Built in 1870, the bright pink carpenter Gothic-style cottage has been turning heads and stealing hearts for decades.

The cotton candy cutie is located at 25 Butler Ave, in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.

Oak Bluffs is actually a town located on the island of Martha’s Vineyard in Dukes County, Massachusetts.

The cottage looks larger from the exterior but the listing says the interior is only 697 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The Pink House last sold for $635,000 in 2021. In the crazy 2023 market, it is listed for $875,000.

That’s a whopping $1255 per square foot!

But this house is a landmark, and the interior does not disappoint.

The Living Room

The listing says the cottage only has 2 bedrooms, but there seems to be three different bedrooms in the listing photos.

We can make an educated guess that the room above is a middle ‘walk-through room’, thus not technically a third bedroom.

The listing also states that the home was updated in 2021 with insulation, so perhaps one could winter here now, rather than just having it as a summer cottage.
