Located in the town of Dover-Foxcroft in the state of Maine, is this gorgeous remodeled home.
The house dates back to 1900 and was rescued from near ruin and given a second life – and a fabulous one at that!
Brenda Schultz, an experienced old house rehabber, gave House Crazy Sarah permission to share these amazing photos.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in 2,240 square feet.
Just LOOK at that kitchen!
It’s absolutely exquisite!
The white tin ceiling draws the eye up and around the dreamy kitchen.
The dining room (below) is simple but endlessly elegant with dental molding, a graceful arch… and how about that shimmering light fixture?
In the classy living room, there is another unique light fixture…
Have a peek in the graceful bathroom with a hexagon tile floor…
The homeowner Brenda says the house was very distressed when they acquired it and it needed a complete gut renovation.
When the house was completed, the owners were going to sell it but decided instead to rent it out as an AirBnB.
So now anyone can share in the joy of this renovated beauty!
You can see the AirBnB listing here.
Thank you to Brenda for sharing these photos of an amazing old house renovation!
