Here’s a fun one for ya!
The exterior actually isn’t too bad for this Detroit, Michigan home that was recently listed for sale for $249,500. It has potential – if it could be uncluttered and de-frilled.
However, when you step in the front door, the baffling decor begins…
House Crazy Sarah is even left speechless.
At least it’s…. clean?
Enough with the white!
Let’s get into some color…
Yeah! Fluorescent lime and 70’s brown cabinetry!
Makes House Crazy Sarah hungry just looking at it! (For McDonald’s cheeseburger circa 1982.)
What the heck is that thing growing across the ceiling?!
Lord only knows.
But check out this next room:
There is actually a rug affixed to the ceiling.
No doubt to compliment the gorgeous carpet on the floor.
But wait my friends – don’t leave yet.
It gets better!
Whoa granny. That is some bathroom!
But not to be outdone by this one…
La toilette moutarde
This 1950’s home has a total of 3,212 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths.
But some of the rooms defy traditional purposes, like this one below:
Dressing room perhaps? Yoga studio? Shrine?
Here’s another mystery room…
Someone sure likes model cars. And mirrors.
Then there’s this:
Karaoke with Elvis room!
(How on earth did the listing agent market this place??)
More model cars!
This house is just so inexplicable.
Who lives here? And what the heck do they do for a living?
Out in the backyard… how about a plunge in the luscious pool?
House Crazy Sarah is bamboozled.
Good luck to the new owners!  🙂

Well, you can’t say they aren’t creative. I actually like that green kitchen table and chairs (looks like a patio set?) but it really needs white walls around it.
It’s fun to look at, lol
