House Crazy Sarah came across these photos of a folk Victorian house in spring and she fell instantly in love!
Homeowner Tammy graciously shared these exterior pictures with us.
Tammy’s home in Rutherfordton, North Carolina dates back to 1874.
Tammy tells us:
“Here is my dream house. We moved in 2019. I love the Senior Landscape, but my favorite is the lilies that grow and take up 1/2 my front yard every year!”
Have a look at the listing photos of the interior when Tammy bought the house in 2019…
There are few furnishings in these photos so we get a clear sense of the space and the original features of the home.
Look at the old shiplap walls!
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Sweet painting of a bunny on the fireplace cover!
The kitchen has been updated over the years, but still has an old house feel to it:
And look at this spacious, light-filled bathroom:
Divine!
In case you are wondering how the house looks now when it is fully furnished, Tammy shared a sneak peek with these photos:
Tammy’s love of old houses is evident in every detail!
The beautiful interior is rivaled by the gorgeous yard.
Springs is indeed enchanting on this park-like property.
But the full bloom of summer is even lovelier!
Thank you to Tammy for sharing this beautiful home with us!
